Raven Hill is a neighbourhood that I downloaded from Mod the Sims, which I renamed. The neighbourhood came with a university hood attached called Starrybeach University, I left the same as it was because I didn’t mind the name and it did not bother me.
Using the Sims 2 as a writing platform has most definitely helped my writing by actually getting me to write, and has helped me in terms of creating characters with rich and interesting backgrounds. This was always something that hindered me in terms of my writing because I had what I thought were cool ideas but did not have the rich characters to tell the story.
Raven Hill started out with 7 Sims at University, and because of their stories my first generation turned from 7 Sims to 20 Sims, which in turn has made generation 2 which is sitting at 28 Sims and counting. Let’s just say that a few of my Sims had triplets and twins, and thank goodness no one has as yet had quads. I don’t think my neighbourhood could handle it, nor would I know what to do with all those Sims. I’m just thinking about it now about what I’m going to do with generation 2, but right now majority of them are children and only 1 has turned into a teenager, so I have time to think about what may happen to these Sims.
